Add table that stores src query + merge prc

Currently you have to input the same query on every page you want to sync (da-ajax looks to plug-ins source query to do sync). This is tedious and prone to problems.

Instead provide an internal used table that stores the in a single place defined query + merge prc so these fields are not necessary any more.
