RELEASE 0.1.1 DATE: Sep 7 2016
  1.) New test suite, run via (./datanet_central_*/)test/conf/SINGLE_TEST.sh
         Runs concurrent tests against 2 OpenResty Agents and 1 NodeJs Agent
  2.) Single config file for DORA (e.g. two_nginx.conf & three_nginx.conf)
  3.) DatanetOpenRestyAgent (DORA) lua config option "delta.max_size"
         Maximum storage to be used for Delta storage
  4.) LOG-Levels [TRACE,NOTICE,ERROR] for DORA(Lua & C++)
          DORA lua config file option log.level
  5.) API Change: fetch(key, cache) calls the old API: cache(key) when "cache" is set to true
         NOTE: Old API still works
  6.) EXPIRE: API: expire(key, secs)
         expires document system-wide in given seconds
  7.) Improved handling of ClusterNode failures
  8.) Garbage Collection improvement: GC-WAIT-INCOMPLETE

  KNOWN-ISSUES:
    1.) GeoMesh formation had intermittent issues when setup in USA,JAP,IRE
        On both cluster formation, cluster-node-failure, & geo-failover
        SOLUTION: redo cluster-node to cluster-node communication to use
                  HTTPS w/ keep-alive
    2.) replication is not yet Agent p2p, rather Agent->DC(s)->Agent
