Load annotations from:

https://krishna.gs.washington.edu/download/CADD/v1.6/GRCh37/gnomad.genomes.r2.1.1.snv.tsv.gz

into table cadd_annotations

CADD data was loaded some time ago, so maybe this is ok to be closed.
