Is this still being updated? The last version was released over four years ago, and it says on the website it’s for OSX 10.6, 10.5, and 10.4. Can anyone confirm it still works in Mavericks? If it does not, it should be excluded.

Give me a second to boot up Mavericks and I'll check

@vitorgalvao Good point, I hadn't considered Mavericks compatibility. I'm not sure if there's any current development on the Flickr Uploadr, but I can check with a friend of mine who works at Flickr and see if it's on their to-do list.

The version installs on Mavericks without any issue beyond the sandbox error. I'm not a heavy Flickr user so I only tested a few pictures on it was able to upload. Though based on the last update being in 2009, it might be best to EOL it until a more recent version comes out.

If it’s still working, I see no harm in leaving it there for now. That version was released before the general availability of Windows 7, and they claim to support it, so maybe they just don’t update it because it didn’t break yet (in the sense of “let’s just not claim it’s supported on earlier versions, and as long as it still works, we won’t mess with it”).

I say we wait and see what @jgarber623’s friend says (assuming he’s allowed to reveal that type of information), and revisit this then.
