Evaluate + Audit Dependencies

Currently we have a number of potential vulnerabilities in the npm packages that are installed on this project. It was a bit gung ho starting out, and after getting everything running the rest of the dependencies need to be evaluated.

@Sophyia7 these are more in the actual build of the project itself, just deprecated dependencies and a few other things i want to be sure to address this week!
