Support for dynamic reloading of the patch

As suggested by the one of the reviews of the JIM, even if the audio configurations and the parameters are statics, the patch can be reloaded dynamically. So the idea would be to reload only the patch and not the text file. A button on the console window can be used to force the reloading and as suggested in #52, the patch can be reloaded automatically when it changed. For this last option, we could use a specific option in the text file like autoreload true or false.
