Video or text guides?

As you may know, video guides are infamous in the 3DS hacking community for being unreliable and most of the time outdated. The most reliable guide is Plailect's 3ds.guide
.

So, why do video tutorials get old so fast?

Well, video tutorials get old very fast since the people who make them are usually either new to 3DS hacking, or don't remove or update them soon enough. Since they go obsolete fast, they need to be updated very fast or taken down, because users can brick their consoles with the outdated guides.
