Integrate hstherac into the project

This might be a lot harder in rust than it was in c++ but it should follow relatively similar steps

rust c++ ffi is dog shit but it's kind of working now for the audio libraries and it doesn't seem like it would be harder for the hs library other than maybe cargo being even more worthless than cmake for finding and copying assets and dependencies
