I got the TS from PD using binlogctl and use it to start mydumper, but failed:

** Message: Server version reported as: 5.7.25-TiDB-v3.0.0-rc.1
** Message: Connected to a TiDB server
** Message: Skipping locks because of TiDB
** Message: Set to tidb_snapshot '408888724891107344'

** (mydumper:1): CRITICAL **: Failed to set tidb_snapshot: snapshot is older than GC safe point 2019-06-06 02:11:16 +0000 UTC
