Formularz jest responsywny. Nie da się zatwierdzić formularza jeśli któreś pole jest puste. Po wysłaniu formularz próbuje wykonać zapytanie POST do bazy (które na razie jest odrzucane, bo potrzebne jest bycie zalogowanym).
