It can't be downloaded for offline use if you're on a Chromebook.

If it's not too much to ask it would be great if you could make it so people on Chromebooks can download piskel for offline use.

Have you tried to enable Linux on the Chromebook and then run the Linux version of Piskel?
If not, doing this: https://support.google.com/chromebook/answer/9145439?hl=en
and then downloading the linux version from here (https://www.piskelapp.com/download) should work.
