Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. go to piskelapp.com
  2. hover over disabled layer control buttons
  3. observe tooltips

Environment details

  • operating system: macOS
  • browser (or offline application version): Version 0.14.0, Chrome, Safari

From what I understand, the issue comes from the fact that buttons are disabled and cannot catch focus in this state.

Bootstrap recommends wrapping buttons in span or div holding the tooltip
