The rel="noopener" doesn't apply to us, as we had recently found out: All cross-origin links automatically have that rel since 2018-ish and chrome-extension already never appears in the referrer.

I'll be disabling https://github.com/jsx-eslint/eslint-plugin-react/blob/master/docs/rules/jsx-no-target-blank.md on the project soon.
