We should get some intro docs started, and publish the generated CRD API reference docs. Probably on Netlify?

There's now a Netlify site published at https://vitess-operator.planetscale.dev, but we still need to create intro content for it. We can start by polishing up the README into a getting started guide.

Closing this, we now auto-generate the docs and they are browsable on the GitHub UI
