Put ‘dashboard’ and ‘working group’ pages into the User menu on the side instead of the top menu to make it clear that this is not part of the public space but the private one. Also it would be good to call it 'My dashboard' and 'My Working Group'

The menu on the side bar only occurs if the screen is not wide enough to display the entire navigation bar on top. Should we make it the default for users when logged in?
