On two different branch that are mostly up to date with master I get:

<script src="/assets/../dash-renderer/dash_renderer/dash_renderer.dev.js?m=1550111470.43"></script>

Included on the index, which gets served the dash index.

Need more investigation.

It's related to the changes of hot-reload plotly/dash#603

The components dist gets added as assets in the watch handler.
