Composite Bar Graph. Is this possible?

Maybe this is a thing and i just haven't been able to figure it out... What i would like to do is create a composite graph that essentially shows n number of bar groups with a horizontal layout but vertical groups.

To make the above i had to force multiple charts into a custom component. putting it in a table didn't work because of the
eternal scaling issue. managed to get it to work with a parent div that is absolutely positioned and a child div that has a specific width set (calculated at render) and a height set to 100%. The labels on the left and top are added via custom layers.
