Pushed latest checking to py312, but the old pyproject stated >= 3.9 while only referring to py310/311/312 :(

Just assuming all or most of the devs are following Core, it would be wise to start dropping checking below 312 while steaming ahead to something that can be released through -beta again as a new version. (Via #170)
