Multiple type signatures on a method in a structural type are not intersected automatically

When parsing the structural type [ m: (Fixnum) -> Fixnum, m: (String) -> String ] only one of those type signatures will be applied to m, rather than the automatic intersection taking place a la multiple annotations via typesig.
