Use Case

Amundsen is an open-source data catalog and I think it would be a nice addition to Plural since this seems to be the missing component for a complete data stack through Plural.

Ideas of Implementation

There is already a self-contained helm chart, I think that can be directly adopted as a starting point and over time maybe support for elasticsearch can be improved through elastic operator integration.

I feel like I've heard others menion amundsen, we'll get this prioritized and hopefully set up relatively soon.
