Rabbit transport unhandled exception when invalid exchange

When trying to publish to rabbit and an exchange does not exist, there is not a Fail message returned but an exception that isn't being handled which leads to incorrect 200 response to client. Message found in logs when exchange does not exist is (reply-code=404, reply-text=NOT_FOUND - no exchange 'test.exchange' in vhost '/', class-id=60, method-id=40). It appears the channel gets disconnected in this case also.
