Hi
After using your helpful script I tried to run 'split channels' via batch processing, but I keep getting an error: No opener IOPlugin found for FileLocation.
Is there something I can add so fiji can open these files via batch processing? If I drag and drop the files into the fiji toolbar they open fine.
