Description

Implement a MotionBlurEffect.

Related: #248

Tasks

  • Create MotionBlurEffect.
  • Create motion-blur demo.
  • Add unit test.

Implementation Details

  • Should be done after GBuffer.VELOCITY is implemented.
  • Use G-Buffer components (depth, velocity).
