Transform contact webpart to modern people webpart

Hi @jansenbe @pkbullock,

I'm using PnP.PowerShell (1.3.0) to modernize a bunch of SharePoint 2016 custom publishing pages to #modern, thanks for the tool and the great guidance on Youtube and blogs... :)

I remember I saw a demo that I think @jansenbe showed a conversion where Contact Webpart/field is transformed to People webpart, but I can't find the video or any guide on how to map these two together. Can one of you point me to the right direction? :)
