The most frequent filters could be set directly in the home by clicking on a card.
Initially we could set by hand something (like "the nearest universities", "courses with the most satisfaction") but later it can be automated by looking at the users behavior.

I made a separate issue from #2 since we need to add a bloc or integrate these cards in the other bloc.

In order to specify the filters status in the linksTo preperty we could use json after the colon, e.g. "search:{satisfaction:{from:8, to:10}}"
