USB Wi-Fi Adapter Not Prioritized Over Internal Wi-Fi Adapter

Description: When connecting multiple Wi-Fi adapters, specifically a USB Wi-Fi adapter and the internal Wi-Fi adapter, the cosmic-settings Network & Wireless configuration does not prioritize the USB adapter by default. I want the system to use the USB Wi-Fi adapter (wlx488f4cff060e) instead of the internal Wi-Fi adapter (wlp13s0). Currently, the system connects to the internal Wi-Fi adapter even when the USB adapter is available.

Steps to Reproduce:

Connect the USB Wi-Fi adapter to the device.
Open cosmic-settings > Network & Wireless.
Both Wi-Fi adapters appear in the list, but the system automatically connects to the internal adapter.

Expected Behavior: The USB Wi-Fi adapter should be prioritized, allowing for an automatic connection when both adapters are present.

Actual Behavior: The internal Wi-Fi adapter is prioritized over the USB adapter.
