[Settings/Displays] When dragging display around, mouse will make huge jumps

This is more of a quality of life, feature request.

When I'm in this screen dragging the display around:

The moment I drag one of them to a different location (and release my left mouse button), the mouse will jump to a completely different location.
This makes it pretty hard to re-arrange the displays in the way that I wanted them, especially with how janky it was to try and flip the positions of Display 1 and Display 2. Every time I grabbed one and moved it off to the side to make space for the other display, my mouse would jump to another location and I would have to search for it before I could move it back over the settings window and do another drag,
