Block graphics card switch when there is inssuficient disk space

Issue/Bug Description:
When trying to switch the graphics card that is in use and there is insuficient disk, the process will prompty to restart and in the next restart the system will be probaly broken

Steps to reproduce (if you know):
Have insuficcient space in disk
Switch graphics
Restart system

Expected behavior:
I think that the best thing is to verify if the switch can happen, and if there is alert of insufficient space notify the user blocking the action
