Desktop Notifications of New Bitchat Messages

For any given channel one ought to be able to allow desktop notifications, and then while pow.co is open you will get notified whenever a new relevant bitchat message comes through.

The biggest advantage of rocketchat of bitchat now for me is that while working I can see (1) new message in Rocket Chat's tab. That could be done for pow.co as well.
