Describe the current behavior

Describe the expected behavior

As described in this comment from #1208, we should be able to run a sensitivity computation on all timestamps.

For a given timestamp, the inputs should be:

  • the network associated to the timestamp
  • the CNECs of the timestamp
  • all the range actions from this timestamps and the ones before it

To go further than the code snippet provided in #1208, implement this such that the sensitivity computations can be run in parallel.
