We've discovered that Pygame is not on conda properly, so until pygame fixes that, we do it ourselves, or we switch our backend to something that is or can be put on conda-forge this is waiting.

Hey @CJ-Wright we just moved to PySDL2 and there's wheels for windows and mac, this might be much more doable now!

I would like to get this in to 1.0, if possible?

I'm taking this off 1.0 because I haven't heard from CJ yet, and both maintainers have enough going on that this seems unlikely.
