Sort dashboard by rank

I'm not really sure how the current dashboard sorts users, but the absence of a sort by rank means that it's not super useful unless you want to spectate a specific person.

Right now I don't think there's any specific sort applied. We'll definitely want to add the ability to choose a sort mode going forward.
