osu! logo sometimes hidden at the main menu

Bug description

First I entered SongSelect while downloading maps then I went offline, I returned to the main menu and can't find the logo.
From the object inspecter, I found out that it was hidden.

I've had this happen once before. Going to be a rare case of logo state not being correctly set, likely when the game startup is abnormal (loading a beatmap or async load order or something).
