1. track events via POST request
2. update 'imp' tracking endpoint

Hello!

Circle CI build stage failed at another module - 'Prebid Manager Analytics Adapter':

    build utm tag data
      ✗ should build utm data from local storage
	Timeout of 2000ms exceeded. For async tests and hooks, ensure "done()" is called; if returning a Promise, ensure it resolves.
