Feature Suggestion: Differentiate between mobile web or app support

The bidder adapter page currently features whether this adapter supports prebid.js and prebid-server. This is a great enhancement compared to the docs before. One thing I noticed though and ran into multiple times is that some bidders support prebid-server but only for mobile web. This leads to a lot of unnecessary conversations on both ends. Maybe it would make sense to add to this page if the adapter supports web or also app.
What do others think?
