In Chinese and Japanese, sentences do not use spaces as separators like in English. Instead, clear delimiters such as full stops (。), exclamation marks (!), and question marks (?) are used.

For your information, the plugin located at https://github.com/fuenor/jpmoveword.vim already supports movement by words in Chinese and Japanese.
