Primary Theme Version

v2.10.0

Debug Info

Cannot click into the last line of text in a note for editing in live preview. It's been this way in previous versions as well. Any note I have, I can click the cursor to any position in any line of text in source mode, but clicking anywhere in the last line of text in live preview mode put the cursor at the end of the line. To edit anything on the last line, I have to use the arrow keys to navigate backwards. I can't even click in a close position in the line above and then arrow down because that also puts the cursor at the end of the line.

I've tried it brand new restricted vault to rule out plug-ins. Doesn't happen on default or minimal theme.

Describe the enhancement

Adjust whatever css property is causing this to allow for selecting text or clicking into text in the last line of a note.

hey there @PeterBeckley ! i just checked on my end and the issue doesn't seem to be occurring. i tried with different notes, different markdown formatting on the last line, and checked all views - source, live, and reading. i tried it on the sandbox vault as well (provided through the help menu) and installed primary, and it doesn't seem to show up as well.

can you provide your debug info? you can do this by searching and select "Show debug info" using the command palette. Press "Copy to clipboard" and send the info in.

Hi @ceciliamay , I just went back to check things over because I know me. I misunderstood my configuration during my testing, and I've narrowed it down to when a task block from the popular Tasks plugin is bring rendered on the note. Then the last line of the final paragraph (not in the tasks list) isn't clickable. If I remove that code block from the note, then the last line is clickable. So I think it might be a conflict between theme and plugin since it doesn't happen on default theme or minimal, which are the only other ones I have.

can you give me a simple markdown/note copy where this issue occurs? i don't use the tasks plugin so it might be easier to get an example note where the issue is occurring for you and check on it on my end 😅
