This PR removes the MergeStatus component which can be created using StateLabel.
I've also went ahead and removed the MergeBox demo... it's a bit broken since it hasn't been updated since we made so many changes to the components + we don't have a demo page anymore. If we'd like to bring this back eventually, it should be rewritten anyways and should be quick to remake!
