privacyIDEA v3.8 allow enrolling a new token via validate/check request.

csharp-client allows already to use it.

Check if PIResponse contains the image in the detail section.
Show the image in the UI.

NOTE: Don't remove the old token enrollment method.

QUESTION: Should adfs-provider show the image from the challenge (e.g. fido2 logo)?
