Right know the implementation of mod_pubsub_serverinfo assumes the underlying pubsub component is hosted at pubsub.<host>, which is the default but can be changed by the hosts option to mod_pubsub.

Either add a config option of hosts to this module too or take what has been configured at mod_pubsub.
