Jeffrey M. Morris

Mr. Morris is the President, Chief Executive Officer and sole shareholder of Morris, Smith &
Feyh, Incorporated (“MS&F”). After attending Marietta College, he formed his own mortgage
banking company, Morris Company Incorporated, in 1980. In 1984 MS&F was formed and since that
time Jeff has been directly involved in the placement of more than $6.0 billion of debt for all
classes of commercial real estate properties. Since 2008 he has been instrumental in seeing
MS&F double in size by diversifying its business lines to provide financing for all types of
commercial and investment real estate properties located throughout the continental United
States. Today Jeff oversees all aspects of MS&F’s loan origination process, including the
establishment of more than a dozen mortgage correspondent relationships and growth of a loan
servicing portfolio that exceeds $1.2 billion.

Jeff is also the President of JRM Equities, Inc., and numerous affiliated or related entities
that are actively engaged in the purchase or construction of institutional grade multi-family,
retail and office properties located in Ohio, Indiana and Florida. Through JRM, Jeff has been
involved in the acquisition or construction of more than $250 million of real estate assets
since 1994 and today has an aggregate fair market value in excess of $350 million. Jeff serves
as a lead investor and managing member in all of these transactions. Additionally, he is a
founder and principal shareholder of Horizons Asset Management, LLC, a large property and asset
management firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio

From a personal perspective, Jeff has been married since 1980 and is the father of 4 children.
He has been a dedicated long distance runner and cyclist and has routinely been involved in
many charitable causes. He resides in Lexington, Ohio.

Diana L. Thomas

Diana Thomas is an Executive Vice President of Morris, Smith & Feyh, Incorporated (“MS&F”). Diana has more than thirty years of experience in accounting and commercial real estate fields. She obtained a B.S. degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University in 1978 and is a Certified Public Accountant (INACTIVE). Diana began her career as an auditor with KPMG in San Francisco, California where she specialized in banking and commercial real estate. After five years in public accounting, Diana joined Hewlett Packard in Palo Alto, California where she was involved in various areas of corporate accounting for three years. In 1991, Diana joined MS&F as Controller. A few years after joining the Company she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer where she became responsible for all financial aspects of MS&F and related entities. For the past nine years, she has been responsible for overseeing the Servicing Department. During Diana’s tenure in this area she developed a strong system of internal controls to assure both the accuracy and security of MS&F’s mortgage loan portfolio. This was accomplished through the implementation of Synergy, a loan servicing software; the utilization of various online banking products and services; and the automation of in-house procedures. Diana continually reviews processes and procedures in order to ensure the servicing department is operating efficiently as well as providing accurate and timely information to both our borrowers and lenders.

Michael J. Feyh

Mike Feyh is a Senior Vice President of Morris, Smith & Feyh, Incorporated (“MS&F”). Mike formally was an original founding shareholder of the company in 1985 and has over thirty years of experience in real estate finance. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a B. A. degree, his career began with The Galbreath Company as a commercial loan officer. Mike’s responsibilities included the administration of construction loans and loan workouts for properties ranging from single family homes to large scale commercial projects. In 1974, he joined Nationwide Real Estate where he was a loan officer in the commercial construction loan department. Mike later joined Park Financial Services where he managed the commercial construction loan department and also assisted the production department in the origination and underwriting of loans. After successfully expanding Park Financials loan portfolio, he formed his own company, Regency Mortgage, which later merged into MS&F. Mike’s responsibilities at MS&F include overseeing all of the activities of the firm's Mortgage Loan Closing & Compliance Department, which involves coordination between the Lender and the Borrower to assure a prompt closing of every loan commitment and seamless transition of the new loan to the Mortgage Loan Servicing Department. Mike has substantial involvement in the outside investment and development related activities in an oversight capacity by utilizing his knowledge and experience in construction lending to manage the Company’s risk in these transactions. He also has outside interests that include alumni activities of Ohio State University.

Chad B. Kiner

Chad Kiner is a Senior Vice President of Morris, Smith & Feyh, Incorporated (“MS&F”). Chad works directly with his clients on the origination of new mortgage loan opportunities. He is a real estate/business development professional with more than fourteen years of experience in real estate finance, origination, analysis, underwriting, development, acquisitions/dispositions and portfolio management. After earning his BS in Business in 1998 from The Ohio State University, Chad expanded his knowledge in the real estate industry by receiving his Masters in Real Estate from the University of Florida in 2003 where his education taught him the basic skills of commercial real estate, including but not limited to spreadsheet modeling, valuation analysis, development, market research and oral/verbal communication.

Prior to joining MS&F, Chad worked at Exel, Inc. as an asset/portfolio manager where he managed 300 owned and/or leased industrial building in the continental USA. At Developers Diversified Realty in Cleveland, Ohio H, Chad was on the project team that worked on a $2.2 billion acquisition of over 100 retail properties purchased from Benderson Development. Chad was responsible for property inspections, due dillegence and valuation analysis using Excel and Argus modeling. During his time at DDR, Chad also garnered experience in retail leasing and re-development projects. In 2005 he returned to Columbus where he joined Collateral Mortgage Capital as a real estate analysis/junior loan officer where he participated in financing activities on industrial, office, retail and multi-family properties. Over the last eleven years, Chad has also acquired/disposed and managed his own portfolio of real estate.

In 2010, Chad joined MS&F as Assistant Vice President of Loan Originations where his responsibilities include supporting upper management on the origination of new and existing opportunities.

David L. Mathewson

Dave Mathewson is a Senior Vice President of Morris, Smith & Feyh, Incorporated (“MS&F”). Dave has more than twenty years of experience in the underwriting and analysis of commercial real estate loans. After receiving a B.S. degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University in 1984, he continued on with education and received his MBA degree from The Ohio State University in 1987. Dave began his career as a commercial real estate loan underwriter with Ohio Financial, a Columbus based mortgage banking company. While employed there, he became the Senior Underwriter in the origination of loans while also assisting in loan servicing, including the administration of construction loans. He also developed a portfolio trading desk which bought and sold RTC controlled loan portfolios following the Savings and Loan collapse.

For the past seventeen years, Dave has been employed with MS&F and currently he responsible for overseeing the Underwriting Department with direct involvement in the underwriting and analysis of originated loans. This has resulted in the development of outstanding relationships with a large portfolio of prominent developers and financial institutions, including life insurance companies, commercial banks, Wall Street based capital markets firms, pension funds and government agencies. During his tenure, he has been directly involved in the underwriting and successful placement of over $2.0 billion in commercial real estate loans, which has included every major property type. Loan products have included permanent, construction, forward, joint venture, bridge and mezzanine loans. He has designed and implemented several internal computer software systems, including Argus, and has regularly attended mortgage banking classes and seminars.

Scott L. Moore

Scott Moore is a Senior Vice President of Morris, Smith & Feyh Incorporated (“MS&F”). Scott is responsible for accelerating the firm’s growth with emphasis on multifamily and seniors housing mortgage origination activity.
<br>
<br>
Scott brings over twenty-five 25 years of mortgage banking experience with nearly $2 billion of transactional volume. Prior to joining MS&F, Scott was head of national production for CBRE FHA Lending and prior to that was Managing Director with Red Capital Group. He has also been employed by Ziegler Financing Corporation where he served as President and expanded the FHA healthcare platform. Prior to that, Scott was President of Lancaster Pollard Mortgage Company, where he managed a highly successful FHA-focused mortgage banking business. His experience includes ten years with a national lodging chain where he was a client of MS&F.
<br>
<br>
Scott graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance with emphasis on real estate. He has served on the Commercial Board of Governors of the Mortgage Bankers Association, is a past Chair of the Multifamily Steering Committee and has been active in a variety of working groups within that organization. Scott is a frequent speaker for national and state-level senior living, healthcare and mortgage banking industry organizations.

Robert W. Smith

Bob Smith is a Senior Vice President of Morris, Smith & Feyh, Incorporated (“MS&F”). Bob has over thirty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He graduated from Grove City College, PA in 1974 with a Business Administration degree and began his real estate career as a real estate appraiser for an MAI firm in Buffalo, New York. In 1977, he relocated to Columbus, Ohio to work in the appraisal department for Buckeye Federal Savings & Loan. While employed at Buckeye Federal, Bob became involved in the origination of loans which led to the decision in 1979 to concentrate on loan production and origination.

<br>
Bob’s loan production career took him to Bank One and later to Diamond Savings. At Diamond Savings he managed the department involved in the placement of whole loans as well as syndication of commercial real estate loans. During his career Bob took numerous appraisal classes and seminars sponsored by the American Institute of Appraisers and the Society of Real Estate Appraisers. He has taken classes from and taught classes for the Mortgage Bankers of America. During his lending career, he has gained experience in construction lending, credit analysis, secondary marketing, and commercial loan servicing.

<br>
In 1991, Bob joined MS&F and his responsibilities include solving the financing needs of developers and investors of real estate with the placement of construction and permanent loans and developing and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.

Tina Fiero-Gwynn

<p>Tina Fiero-Gwynn is a Vice President of Morris, Smith & Feyh, Incorporated (“MS&F”) and is in charge of the Loan Closing Department. She began her career at the Galbreath-Huff Companies; a Columbus based commercial real estate developer who managed a large office building and industrial portfolio. After gaining valuable knowledge, she continued her career with a Columbus apartment developer who developed and managed the more than 2,000 apartments in a five state region.
<br/><br/>Since joining MS&F in 1998, she has assisted with underwriting loans and lender presentations until 2012 where she was elevated to oversee the closing of all transactions numerous lenders. In 2013 Tina managed a transaction stream of over 40 loan closings.</p>

A.J. Mangan

A.J. Mangan is a loan origination analyst at Morris, Smith and Feyh, Incorporated (“MS&F”). A.J. has been employed with the company since 2010 as an intern, prior to graduation, which led to a full time position in 2012. A.J. graduated from Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration in Real Estate. His education taught him the basic skills of commercial real estate, including but not limited to valuation analysis, appraisal, market research, Argus modeling, spreadsheet modeling and development.<br/><br/>
During his tenure at MS&F, A.J. has been involved in the underwriting role which has led to the placement of over $1.0 billion in commercial real estate loans, which has included every major property type, in all regions of the continental United States. Loan sizes have ranged from $1 million up to a $70 million and loan products have included permanent, construction, forward, joint venture, bridge and mezzanine.
