If a config manifest defines a default for a variable, but that variable is not defined in the environment file, then there should be a way of using the default instead of being prompted for a value.
Use case:
Run interactive mode to allow the input of a TLD/Device UUID/etc. for a deployed target, but do not prompt for the many number of keys/certificates to be generated.
