I have been trying to use this plug-in in Chimera. When I add the folder in Favorites -> Add to Favorties/Toolbar and open the container folder, nothing new appears on the Tools Menu (I have searched along the different tabs).

If I try to do the runscript command from the command line, only the "gui.py" file raises a problem, saying: "ImportError: No module named prody". I have tested if ProDy is installed, and it is.

Can you please help me?
