Nickname is global and it would be better for it to be network specific. #134

Nickname of the bot is global and configured by supybot.nick. But what if that nick is already registered at some network? It would be better to be "supybot.networks..nick".

Yeah, that would be nice. Once I made the bot nick to howlbot on one network, and when I made it reconnect, it tried to nick to howlbot on other networks, too, and of course it was already registered and in use on freenode, so it became howlbot`.
