My understanding is that this should return the wifi version being used right now to connect to the AP. It just always reports "a" (aka 0).
And DiagnosticDataProviderImpl::GetWiFiChannelNumber always reports a channel number of 0.
And DiagnosticDataProviderImpl::GetWiFiRssi always returns success while leaving the outparam with whatever random value it had.
These functions should return failure if not implemented, not just return garbage to callers.
