v0.2.0 - Kubernetes Support

Version v0.2.0 of the calico-cni plugin now supports the Kubernetes CNI interface.

This release includes a major re-write of the Calico CNI plugin, as well as a first release of the Calico CNI IPAM plugin.

Note: This release does not include support for annotation-based policy currently included in the calico-kubernetes exec plugin.

This release introduces Calico Networking using the CNI for rkt deployments.
