On a related note, I'm collating some IQ samples of radiosonde signals here: http://rfhead.net/sondes/samples/README.txt

The aim will be to produce some code to add 'calibrated' noise to these samples, to produce a corpus of recordings with known SNRs. We can then use this data to optimise the performance of the demodulation flow-chains.
