Drag and Drop does not work properly in the presence of axiom annotations #358

Attempting to drag and drop (move) a class in the class hierarchy will fail (and will copy instead) if the relevant subclass axiom is annotated. The reason for this appears to be that the original axiom is not removed due to the annotations.
