Make the About window bigger

The Protege About window (accessible through Help -> About) is not large enough to fit the information that is trying to show, especially the Plugin information. Given the screen sizes available on modern computers, we could easily increase the About window's dimensions by 25%.
An other option (maybe on top of the above idea) would be to make this window resizeable.

Also, the width of the Version column can be reduced by up to 30%, because we know that the version number will always be composed from three numbers (major, minor, revision), none of them likely to have more than two digits. This will provide more space for the Name/ID column that tends to be long, and often does not fit in the current width allocated for it.
