MList should show the 'edit' button for edit-only list elements

MList list items can be deleted, edited, or both. Currently the delete-only as well as the delete and edit scenarios both work; each item gets a delete, or a delete and an edit button. But the edit-only scenario does not work; when a list item is edit-only, the edit button does not appear in the UI.
